Plum, Tomato and Burrata Salad

Experience summer on a plate with our Sweet Chard and Little Gem Salad! Featuring vibrant heirloom tomatoes, succulent plums, and creamy burrata, this dish is topped with crunchy toasted walnuts and drizzled with a tangy balsamic dressing. It’s the perfect blend of fresh, juicy, and indulgent.


5 oz Sweet Chard and Little Gem Crunch Blend
2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 plums, pitted and sliced
1 burrata ball
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted or raw
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


In a large salad bowl, combine the Sweet Chard and Little Gem Crunch blend. Add the sliced heirloom tomatoes and plums to the bowl. Gently toss the salad to mix the ingredients evenly.

Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Toss gently to coat the ingredients with the dressing.

Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual plates. Place the burrata ball in the center of the salad. Scatter the toasted walnuts over the top of the salad.

Serve immediately, allowing guests to cut into the burrata ball and mix it into the salad as they enjoy.
