Loaded Caesar Salad Board

Caesar salad, but make it extra. This build-your-own board is loaded with spice, crunch, and
creamy jammy eggs. Great for parties, BBQs, or anytime salad needs main character energy.


Ingredients

● 1 bag Earthbound Farm Caesar Salad Kit
● 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and patted dry
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 2 tsp hot honey (or mix 1 tbsp honey + ¼ tsp chili flakes)
● Salt + pepper to taste
● 4 eggs
● ½ cup shaved parmesan crisps or shards
● 1 lemon, halved
● Fresh cracked black pepper, to finish


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and hot honey. Roast for
20–25 minutes until crispy and caramelized, shaking once halfway.

2. Bring water to a boil. Add eggs and simmer for 7 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, peel,
and halve.

3. On a large wooden board or platter, spread the Earthbound Caesar salad in a generous
layer. Top with roasted chickpeas, jammy eggs, parmesan crisps, and charred lemon
halves. Finish with a heavy crack of black pepper.

4. Set out forks or tongs and let everyone dig in straight from the board.
