Ingredients

Crust:
1 9oz. bag Earthbound Farm Organic Broccoli Florets
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder (to taste)

Toppings:
Mozzarella
Tomatoes
Basil

Directions

Steam the broccoli florets until tender (about 5-7 minutes). Let the broccoli cool slightly, then chop as finely as possible. You can use a food processor for this step.

Transfer the chopped broccoli to a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth, and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. This step is crucial to ensure your crust holds together and gets crispy.

Preheat your oven to 400°F if baking. If air frying, set your air fryer to 400°F.

In a large bowl, combine the squeezed broccoli, egg, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder) to taste. Mix until well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Transfer the broccoli mixture to the baking sheet and shape it into a crust about 1/4 inch thick. If baking, place the crust in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and firm. If using an air fryer, air fry for about 12 minutes, checking for doneness and adjusting time if necessary.

Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven or air fryer. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes.

Set your oven to broil. Place the pizza under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the toppings are heated through (this should take about 2-3 minutes, but keep a close eye on it to prevent burning).

Remove the pizza from the oven, add basil, let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy your broccoli crust pizza!
