5 oz. Earthbound Farm Organic Romaine Hearts

Watermelon radishes, thinly sliced

Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

For the Light Lemon Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper (or to taste)


In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Arrange romaine hearts on a serving platter. Lightly drizzle the romaine hearts with the prepared Lemon Vinaigrette, ensuring they are evenly coated but not overly saturated.
