Golden Balsamic Walnut Salad

Prepare the Salad Greens: In a large bowl, add the Earthbound Farm Little Gem + Butter Crunch salad blend.

Add Dressing: Drizzle 3 to 4 tablespoons of organic golden balsamic vinaigrette over the greens. Toss well to ensure all the greens are evenly coated.

Toast the Walnuts: Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of diced walnuts to the pan. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until they turn a golden color. Be careful not to burn them. Remove from heat.

Combine Walnuts with Salad: Sprinkle the toasted walnuts over the dressed salad greens.

Add Cheese (Optional): If using, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated organic parmesan cheese over the salad.

Season: Finish with a sprinkle of freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

Serve: Toss everything gently once more and serve immediately.
