This refreshing salad combines the sweetness of ripe mango and the creamy texture of avocado, making it a perfect light meal or a vibrant side dish.


4 cups Earthbound Farm Baby Red Butter Lettuce
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced

Lime Honey Vinaigrette Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Place the baby red butter lettuce in a large salad bowl. Arrange the mango and avocado slices on top of the lettuce.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, extra-virgin olive oil, and white wine vinegar until well combined. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Drizzle the light dressing over the salad just before serving. Gently toss to combine, ensuring the mango and avocado are well coated.
