Single-Serve Air Fryer Creamy Spinach Dip

| Active Time: 7 minutes

| Total Time: 12–15 minutes

Fresh, cheesy, and perfectly portioned, this dip uses cottage cheese for a lighter creamy base and gets golden and melty in the air fryer.

Ingredients

2 packed cups Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Spinach (about 2–3 oz), roughly chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
½ tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons shredded cheese of choice (mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or Parmesan)

Directions

Set air fryer to 375°F and allow it to heat while you prep.

Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium. Add chopped spinach with a splash of water and
sauté 1–2 minutes until just wilted. Roughly chop again if needed to remove excess moisture.

In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in
the wilted spinach.

Spoon mixture into a heat-safe ramekin that fits in your air fryer basket. Sprinkle shredded
cheese evenly on top.

Place the ramekin in the basket and cook for 7–9 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly,
and lightly browned.

Carefully remove and enjoy hot with crackers, pita chips, or crisp veggie sticks.
