  • 1 package Earthbound Farm Romaine + Butter Crunch Salad Blend
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons Organic Italian Salad Dressing
  • ¾ cup Heirloom Tomatoes, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup Organic Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons Organic Feta Cheese, diced or crumbled (optional)
  • Fresh Herbs (Basil or Parsley), chopped - to taste

Prepare the Salad Greens: In a large bowl, add the Earthbound Farm Romaine + Butter Crunch salad blend.

Add Dressing: Drizzle 4 to 5 tablespoons of organic Italian salad dressing over the greens. Toss well to ensure all the greens are evenly coated.

Add Tomatoes and Onions: Add ¾ cup of chopped heirloom tomatoes and ⅓ cup of thinly sliced red onions to the salad. Toss gently to combine.

Include Garbanzo Beans: Add ¾ cup of drained and rinsed organic garbanzo beans to the salad mix.

Add Cheese (Optional): If using, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of diced or crumbled organic feta cheese over the salad.

Garnish with Fresh Herbs: Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs such as basil or parsley over the salad to taste.

Final Toss: Give the salad a final gentle toss to mix all the ingredients well.

Serve: Serve the salad fresh, ideally immediately after preparation to enjoy its crispness and flavors.
