Dressing Ingredients:

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp honey or 1 agave

1 dash hot sauce

1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup EVOO

+ salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Salad Ingredients:

Directions
