Arugula, Fig and Prosciutto Salad with Maple Tahini dressing

- 1 package Earthbound Farm Baby Arugula
- 5-6 figs, sliced
- 5-6 prosciutto di parma, thinly sliced
- 65 g fig flavoured goat cheese (or plain goat cheese)
- 1/4 cup pecans
- Maple Tahini Dressing for serving
- Maple Tahini Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Combine dressing ingredients and set aside.
