Ingredients

For the salad:
● 5 oz Earthbound Farm Organic Spring Mix
● 1 medium apple, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Fuji)
● 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
● ½ cup red grapes, halved
● ⅓ cup walnuts, toasted
● 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

For the dressing:
● 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
● 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
● 1 tsp Dijon mustard
● 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
● ½ tsp salt
● Freshly ground black pepper, to tast


Directions

  1. Prepare the dressing:
    In a small jar or bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth and emulsified. Set aside.
  2. Assemble the salad:
