This Green Smoothie Sundae is thick, creamy, and piled high with froyo-inspired toppings like whipped coconut cream, fresh berries, and crunchy granola. Perfect for wellness lovers, busy parents, or anyone who wants their greens to feel like dessert.


Ingredients

● 1 frozen banana
● 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple
● 1 cup Earthbound Farm organic baby spinach
● 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
● 1/2 cup whole milk
● 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings (Choose Your Combo):

● Swirl of coconut whipped cream
● Drizzle of almond or peanut butter
● Mini waffle cone piece or granola clusters
● Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
● Cacao nibs
● Edible flowers (optional)


Directions

1. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen banana, mango or pineapple, spinach, yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using). Blend until very thick and creamy — like soft serve consistency. Add more milk a tablespoon at a time if needed to blend.

2. Scoop or pipe the smoothie into a tall parfait-style glass or bowl. Smooth or swirl the top for a sundae-style look.

3. Add a swirl of coconut whipped cream, then drizzle with nut butter. Garnish with berries, granola or waffle cone crunch, cacao nibs, and edible flowers.
