5 oz Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Red Butter Lettuce

1 grapefruit, skin removed and sliced into segments

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Golden Honey Mustard Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Peel the grapefruit and remove the segments, discarding any seeds and pith. Peel and slice the avocado.

In a large salad bowl, combine the baby red butter lettuce, grapefruit segments, diced avocado, chopped walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
