Burrata and Nectarine Salad

Yields: 2-3 Servings
- 6 cups Organic Baby Red Butter Lettuce
- 8 oz burrata, cut or torn into bite sized pieces
- 1 large nectarine or peach, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or preferred amount
- salt and pepper
- Balsamic glaze
Take Burrata out of the fridge and let sit in a bowl or on a plate for 15-20 minutes before serving. Burrata is best served closer to room temperature to get the full flavor.
In a large shallow serving bowl, layer the greens. Place the Burrata pieces on top. Layer with the sliced nectarines and onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper making sure to season the burrata pieces well. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
