  • 1 5 oz package Earthbound Farm Organic Spring Mix
  • 3-4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup marcona almonds
  • 4 oz burrata
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add 3-4 slices of prosciutto in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes then break up into small pieces.

Assemble the salad by adding about 3 oz of Organic Spring Mix to a shallow bowl followed by 1 cup chopped strawberries, 1/4 cup marcona almonds, crispy prosciutto, and 4 oz of burrata. Drizzle with 3 tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette and give it a good toss. Enjoy!
