Ingredients
3 cups cornflakes, crushed
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons hot sauce or Buffalo sauce
1 bag Earthbound Farm Organic Cauliflower Florets
Olive oil, for drizzling
Hot Honey:
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon hot sauce
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse together the cornflakes, parmesan, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a shallow bowl or dish.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the hot sauce. Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat thoroughly. Dredge each cauliflower floret in the cornflake mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs. Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip the florets, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
While the cauliflower bakes, make the hot honey: In a small saucepan, gently warm the honey, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper. Stir until combined.
Drizzle the warm hot honey over the crispy cauliflower before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. Serve with a dip like Cool Ranch Dip, Garlic Aioli or Blue Cheese Dressing. Enjoy immediately!
