Oh the deliciousness! These light, crispy and amazingly tasty organic green beans are the perfect use for your air fryer. Don’t sell the dipping sauce short — that puts these veggies at an 11 out of 10 on the flavor scale.

Ingredients

Green beans

1 bag Earthbound Farm Green Beans

1/2 cup all purpose

1 cup panko bread crumbs

1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 eggs

Salt

Non-stick cooking spray

Spicy Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 ½ teaspoon sriracha

1 teaspoon shallots, minced

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare three shallow bowls for breading.  Add flour to one bowl. Place whisked eggs in the second bowl. In the third bowl, mix the panko, parmesan, garlic powder and a big pinch of kosher salt.

Working in batches, dip the green beans in flour, then eggs, then panko mixture.

Place the green beans in the air fryer in a single even layer, without touching each other. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cook until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes depending on your air fryer.

While the green beans are frying, combine all ingredients for spicy sauce in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside until ready to eat.

When green beans are golden, remove from air fryer and season with salt. Enjoy with spicy dipping sauce.
