Ingredients

  • 1 package Earthbound Farm Organic Broccoli Slaw
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 6 ounces ramen noodles
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • ½ cup salad oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Adding a fun alternative to a traditional coleslaw, when you cannot think of what else to use our Broccoli Slaw for. Try this tasty Asian inspired recipe with an extra crunch! 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl. Crush the ramen noodles into small pieces; combine the noodles, almonds and sesame seeds into the butter. Evenly place on a baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and crunchy (about 8 minutes) and let cool completely. 

Mix the Broccoli Slaw, green onion and red cabbage in a large bowl. 

Add the salad oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce in a separate bowl and mix. Add the noodle mixture into the dressing. Pour your dressing and noodles on top of your Broccoli Slaw.
