Power Greens Tortillas

- 1 cup Earthbound Power Greens
- 1⁄3 cup Water
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

To a high speed blender add power greens, water and salt. Blend until well mixed and liquid.
Pour flour onto a working surface or bowl. Create a well in the center of the flour
Add olive oil to center and slowly add in power greens water, starting with 2 tbsp.
Mix and keep adding in water until you get a doughy consistency, that is not too wet.
Cover in cling wrap or damp cloth as you prepare to heat pan.
Heat a non-stick pan on high heat.
Cut dough into desired sizes and rollout into thin disks.
Add to pan 1-2 at a time, depending on size.
Cook on each side for about 5 minutes or until it starts browning.
Enjoy with your favorite proteins, veggies and other toppings!
