  • 14 ounces Earthbound Farm Organic Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

An alternative to mashed potatoes! Try out mashed cauliflower for an easy side dish.

Simmer riced cauliflower in lightly salted water until soft, about 12 minutes.

Drain well.

Combine milk, butter and sour cream with cauliflower in cooking pot and mash well with a fork, or if a smoother texture is preferred, place ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Stir in seasonings.
