Lemon Basil Dressing

- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup loosely packed basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
A simple, light, and delicious dressing that works well on any of our tender baby greens.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blender until smooth.
