How to Roast Broccoli

  • 1 large bag or 3 regular sized bags of Earthbound Farm cut broccoli from Costco
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

When people say they don’t like broccoli, first we cry (just kidding…kinda), then we probe to find out if they’ve tried roasted broccoli. Roasting brings out a whole other mellow, toasty, sweet, umami side of veggies — even those that some people find bitter. And it couldn’t be simpler.

You could certainly make this by cutting florets off a bunch of broccoli, but we’ve made it hyper-speed simple here by using our pre-prepped, pre-washed, all-organic, no-GMO, no-fuss broccoli florets.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss broccoli in olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Roast without turning until the edges are crisp and the stems are tender, about 20 minutes.
