  • Apple base:
  • 2 bags Earthbound Farm Organic Sweet Apple Slices
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Crumble topping:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

What’s fall without a serving of Apple Crumble? Our friend, Michelle from Healthy Num Num, has created this healthier apple crumble with a few substitutions to the original recipe, to make you feel good about what you’re serving this holiday season. Prepared with organic sliced apples, rolled oats, maple syrup and coconut oil, it’s delivers a healthier dessert without sacrificing flavor. Dig in to this delicious crumble with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.

Start by putting your apple slices in a baking dish, along with the lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix and set aside. 

In a medium bowl, mix together all of the crumble topping ingredients. Spoon mixture over top of the apple base.

Bake at 375°F for 45-55 min. Top with vanilla yogurt or ice cream if using and enjoy!
