- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Power Blend
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 pitted dates (optional)
- chia seeds, hemp seeds, buckwheat and/or dried fruit for topping
Hello, beautiful! Green smoothies with mango are a great way to pack in the nutrients without sacrificing flavor. This one comes to us from Another Hungry Vegan, and we can’t wait to make it again, and again!
Blend all smoothie ingredients until you end up with a thick and creamy mixture (Add a little more liquid if your blender is having any trouble with blending the frozen fruit).
Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite seeds and some dried or freshly sliced fruit.
Enjoy with a spoon!
