Making jam can be quite the undertaking, but with this easy recipe using our frozen organic strawberries, maple syrup and chia seeds, you can whip up a batch of this sweet breakfast treat in under 20 minutes. The flavor is so fresh and bright, your family and friends will never guess you made it with frozen berries.

Place a saucepan over medium heat and combine the fruit, vanilla, salt and maple syrup. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until fruit has broken down, about 10 minutes. Once liquid, cook the saucy mixture for about 5 minutes. Mash lightly to reach your desired consistency.

Stir in the chia seeds and let stand 5 minutes, until thickened.

Refridgerate, covered, up to two weeks.
