Ingredients
- 1 lb roasted turkey
- ¾ cup celery
- ¾ cup raisins or cranberries
- 1/3 cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- ¾ cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 ½ tablespoon curry powder
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Cut the turkey into 1 inch cubes and set in a large bowl.
Chop parsley and pecans.
Combine all ingredients together. Season with salt to taste.
