Make the Guacamole

Mash avocados, celery, chiles, garlic, lime juice, half of the onion, and cilantro in a medium bowl to desired consistency. Season with salt to taste. Top guacamole with remaining onion and cilantro leaves.

Make the Margaritas

Rub the rim of 2 tall cocktail glasses with lime and coat with celery salt. Muddle cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Add 4 ounces of tequila, 2 ounces fresh lime juice, and 1 1/2 ounces agave syrup to the shaker with the muddled cucumber.  Fill with ice cubes. Cover and shake until outside of shaker is frosty. Divide into 2 prepared glasses and top with club soda. Garnish with celery stick, lime wedge and sliced jalapeno.
