Cauliflower, broccoli and all the fixings make this salad burst with flavor.

Prepare ingredients to desired taste and cut preferences – (Cook, cool, and crumble bacon; finely chop red onion; and finely chop toasted almonds.)

In a large bowl, combine riced cauliflower, broccoli, almonds, cranberries and red onion.  In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.  Combine dressing with vegetable mixture and let sit at least 20 minutes before serving for flavors to marry.
