Ingredients

  • 1 cup Earthbound Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch (corn starch)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1⁄2 cup Flour
  • 1⁄2 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 miso paste

To a bowl add broccoli slaw, garlic, ginger and sliced green onions. Add in chili powder, pepper and 1 tsp of salt and mix well. Add tapioca starch and mix to coat evenly.

To a pan on medium-high heat, add cooking oil and saute the broccoli slaw for 5
minutes.

Once sauteed, turn down the heat to medium and spread out broccoli slaw to evenly
coat the bottom of the pan.

To a bowl mix flour, water, miso paste, brown sugar & salt. Once mixed add in oil and
mix well to get out any clumps.

Pour the mixture in the pan and evenly spread with a spatula, if needed.

Cover and let cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown, then carefully flip to allow the
other side to cook, uncovered for another 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and slice in sharable-sized squares; enjoy with sauces of choice!
