Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup Earthbound Farm Frozen Organic Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 cup nonfat frozen yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup lowfat coconut milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice or ice cubes

Bananas and mangos combine to delicious effect in this sweet and creamy drink β€” it just might make you think you’re in Hawaii.

If you’re lucky enough to have access to fresh passion fruit, add the juice and seeds from 2 or 3 of them.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until the mixture is smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more juice or ice. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours.
