NEVER! 🥭🍅🥬🥑🥒 Case in point: a recipe that’ll have you coming back for seconds (and thirds, and fifths...no judgment). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ With a perfect combo of sweet and savory flavors, we officially dub this beauty the Mango-avo Kale-antro Cuke-Halloumi Salad. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Yeah, the name needs some work. But trust us, the taste will speak for itself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥭 Ingredients: 4 oz Earthbound Farm Baby Kale, massaged 1½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced 2 small cukes, sliced 1 mango, halved, pitted and grilled* 8 oz Halloumi, grilled 1 avocado, pitted and sliced ½ bunch cilantro, torn or chopped Extra olive oil and lemon for the kale massage 🤪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥗The Simplest Lemon Vinaigrette: 1 lemon ⅛ cup olive oil 1 tsp apple cider vinegar Flaky salt, to taste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🤩Steps: Start warming up the grill. Slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and mango. Place the mango and halloumi on the grill.
